Teeth Whitening Aftercare

  • The first 24 hours are the most crucial, following good aftercare is key.

  • Avoid sugary, acidic and colored drinks & foods that stain. As a general rule "if it would stain a white shirt, it will stain a white tooth."

  • Avoid meals that are either too hot or cold as your teeth are sensitive.

  • The foods and drinks that can be consumed should be light in color, soft and non-acidic.

  • Avoid color dental hygiene products. Try toothpaste and mouthwash specifically made for sensitive teeth.

  • Follow a good daily oral routine, including brushing, flossing, and mouthwash every morning and night.

  • Cut out tobacco products.

  • Consider whitening touch-ups every 6-12 months.
